Start with the ChatGPT app.
Open the ChatGPT desktop app on your computer. Choose Work above the message box. Work is the name of the task mode inside the app. It lets you ask ChatGPT to carry out a task. Start in ordinary words.

You do not need a problem today. Ask it to help you understand a familiar app without changing anything. For direct interaction with a supported app, follow the official Computer Use setup guide and review the permissions.
You need the ChatGPT desktop app with supported Computer Use access. The setup lesson shows where to select Work inside the app. Features vary by account, computer and rollout. Check your access before buying; any ChatGPT subscription or access cost is separate from this course.
